No Giving Up! - The Workforce
The Production Team of the concert came from the Tourism Office and the Sports and Cultural Office of the City Government of Laoag. Together with the jail aides of the Laoag City Jail, the Production Team were hand in hand in putting up the stage, decorations and other technical and logistical preparations for the concert.
