No Giving Up! The Concert - How it came to be?

Last June, the Holy Spirit Academy of Laoag Batch '86 headed by ABC President Hon. Chevylle V. Fariñas conducted an outreach program at the Laoag City Jail dubbed as Reaching Out: A Post-Father's Day Celebration. It was during this affair that the charity concert was conceptualized when the choir serenaded the guests with various songs.
