- The Laoag City Jail Choir is the official inmates' singing group of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology Laoag. It is composed of male and female inmates who are currently detained at Laoag City Jail. The choir was officially launched in October 29, 2010 by J/SINSP ROQUE CONSTANTINO A SISON during the 16th National Correctional Consciousness Week celebration.
